Due to the nature of digital services, no physical products are shipped.
3. Refund Eligibility
a) Digital Services
Once a digital service has been started, delivered, or partially performed, refunds are generally not available.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Campaign setup or launch
- Strategy development
- Creative work that has already begun
- Consulting sessions that have taken place
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once performance has begun with the customer’s consent.
b) 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, only if:
- The service has not yet started, and
- No work, setup, or preparation has been initiated

Chargeback Policy
